Recently I had the pleasure of doing makeup for the lovely bride, Tamsin. I arrived at her air B&B in Silvan to get her and her maid of honour ready for the day. The warm country breeze swept in through the open windows into the light-filled dining room. The bride was relaxed and floating around the house in her silk dressing gown and pyjama pants not really believing that her wedding day was actually here!
Tamsin’s dress was a champagney-pink, actually the colour was apparently called oatmeal but we preferred champagne-pink! The dress was all made out of a fine tulle. It had an elegant heart shaped bodice with a full skirt where the tulle was embroidered on in a few shapes and patterns.
With her hair swept up into a modern ponytail and part of it wrapped around, it gave the look a red carpet feel.
The makeup we went for was a natural coverage of foundation, defined yet soft liner where I chose subdued rosy pinks and chocolate brown to enhance her deep blue eyes. A soft wash of blush and lipstick in keeping with the rose pink tones.

As the time went by, flowers arrived followed by some close family members who dropped in to see Tamsin. I could see she was starting to get a few butterflies!
When the Bride was all dressed and ready to go I had one final look at her before she drifted off to be married. She looked truly beautiful!
