When will my print ship and how long will it take?

Works are custom printed to order and dispatched from my print studio within 3-5 business days.

Shipping is complimentary for orders within Australia. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are sent via a courier service such as Aramex (formerly Fastway), Couriers Please or Toll Priority and can take 1-10 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.  For further information, it is recommend that you contact your local customs office.

All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

*Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be extended delays with international shipping, therefore it is recommended that you refer to the carriers website for the most up to date information in relation to your country.

What is your return policy?

Prints are made to order and are non-refundable. If you would like to amend your order, please email me at info@jacintachristos.com.

What happens if I made a mistake and need to update my order?

Please email info@jacintachristos.com ASAP so that I can amend your order.
